About Debian
Debian is a Unix-like operating system consisting entirely of free software.
Debian is one of the earliest operating systems based on the Linux kernel. The project's work is carried out over the Internet by a team of volunteers guided by the Debian Project Leader and three foundational documents:
- Unordered List ItemUnordered List Itemthe Debian Social Contract,
- Unordered List Itemthe Debian Constitution and
- the Debian Free Software Guidelines.
New distributions are updated continually, and the next candidate is released after a time-based freeze.

Install firmware on SD card

Where <SD card>
points to your SD card device.
dd …
command.of=…
points to your SD card. In case of mistake (when of=…
points to your system disk) you can damage data on your system disk.
Insert SD cart to PC and check last lines from dmesg
command output. Name assigned to the detected SD card will be presented as in the following example.

command will list all detected block devices where your SD card will be displayed.

Connect your liteboard to your PC via USB ↔ micro USB cable.
